Design Phase
Beginning with the Design Phase, during which all work is billed hourly, your needs are assessed to determine which design services you would benefit from the most. From preliminary planning stages to full-service design, Emma Dane Design gives you the flexibility to choose only those services required to develop the perfect design for your project.
Regardless of which services you require, we always plan each project down to the last detail, making as many decisions as possible during the Design Phase. This ensures that there is a clear direction for the execution of the job when you proceed to the Build Phase, whether with us or with your own contractor. The initial cost investment during the Design Phase always pays off by reducing or eliminating construction delays, extras, and other situations that can arise during the Build Phase that often result in budget overruns.
Build Phase
If you decide to proceed to the Build Phase with us, after finalizing your design, we will work with you to develop a budget and timeline that you can count on. Knowing up front how much your project will cost and how long it will take to complete eliminates the possibilities of horror stories with unnecessary construction delays and budget overruns. Emma Dane Design prides itself on completing projects on time and on budget, giving you the most painless renovation experience obtainable.
